AIRBEAT ONE is all about creating a sense of community where everyone can find their place. That’s why, through our Awareness service, we’re providing extra support for anyone who needs guidance, help or simply a listening ear.

In our Awareness Zone on the Festival Plaza, you’ll find a safe space if you:

• feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed
• have experienced a distressing situation
• need support or guidance
• are simply looking for someone to talk to

Our team will listen, support you and help you take the next steps.

The Awareness Zone is purely an advisory service and works closely with the medical team.

As well as your personal concerns, you can also get advice here on topics such as health promotion and prevention, and receive free support and prevention items such as condoms, sun cream, feminine hygiene products and information cards with important contacts and points of contact.

🕛 Opening hours: Wednesday – Saturday, daily from 09:00–05:00

💉 Vaccination service: Wednesday–Saturday, daily from 10:00–15:00
